Community Involvement

In 2001, Art Buhs was President of the Central Minnesota Builder's Association. He worked with the 400-member organization to improve the new home industry and it's products. He served in 2002 as Past President. He's active on several boards, including the Sauk Rapids Housing Advisory Board and Sacred Heart Church's building committee. Art's chair for the new Green Building subcommittee of the CMBA's Commercial Council. He's also a volunteer board member and Chairman of the Construction Committee for Habitat for Humanity.

Clint Buhs was elected to the CMBA's Board of Directors for 2007. He'll also be working on the PR committee, helping to present the CMBA to the public through their website and other channels.

Matt Buhs has joined the Education and Tour of Homes Committees in the CMBA. He'll be helping to ensure that area builders stay informed about new practices and codes, as well as planning the best Tour of Homes yet.

Art and his team have spent countless hours coordinating and working on projects for people of the St. Cloud area, ranging from handicap-accessibility to youth programs. Click here for more information.
